Putting my hillsboro sauna together was simple. The instructions are easy to follow. The only problem was the location of a vent on which a sliding door needed to be installed. It was cut into the bottom of the panel near the groove that fits into the base. Instructions claim it should have been on top of it. Luckily I was able to purchase another door and cut a hole into the proper side of the panel.
This was a small issue but did add extra cost. Otherwise the sauna is great. I'm a big guy weighing 290 and I and my wife could fit inside very comfortably.

Also, for the vent, we immediately checked this with Almost Heaven. It is possible that the assembly manual that came with your sauna is outdated. Kindly notice in the assembly manual we emailed you a month ago that the vent is at the bottom of the panel. This is the updated version. We sincerely apologize for the confusion. i've had my sauna for over a year now and have many good times relaxing in it. weather alone or with friends it's always comfortable and relaxing. i use this so much more then the hot tub i purchased, it is so much more relaxing and i feel so much better after i have been it. i'm so glad that i purchased it. i put it togtether with only the help to lift the ends in place. i enjoy it immensely.

Let me start off by saying I am probably one of the least handy people on the planet, and I was able to assemble this sauna with my nephew in under 90 minutes. The quality of the wood is incredible, and all of the pieces easily lined up and latched together without too much effort. It only took about 20-25 minutes to heat the unit to 125 degrees and the bench seat is sturdy and comfortable with a towel. Looking forward to many years of usage and overall improved health.

I had purchased a regular back rest previously and ordered this one in hopes of finding more comfort. It was a game changer!! I can now spend more time comfortably in the sauna than I could before. My back melts into the contour and I am easily at rest. Thank you for this design! My back is delighted!

I like the suana. I feel the description could be a bit better. This is not a two person suana it is very small and I’m only 5’11 235 lbs male. I have to bend over to get into it. Once I’m in and seated it’s okay just a bit small. The unit takes about 30 minutes to reach temp of 140 I’m not sure if this is normal but seems a bit long. The door could be better sealed to keep the heat in and make the unit not loose temp. Overall I like the unit but seems a bit cheap. It was very easy to put together. If your looking for something to sweat in not break the bank and for a small space this would work for you. The company was great I ordered from I recommend them no issues at all.

The Barcelona Sauna is indeed our most affordable infrared sauna. We'll mention to them as well about the sauna door to get their recommendations. In addition, we'll also check with them about the average heat-up time, however, we think 30 minutes looks good. Even our traditional saunas take 30-45 minutes to reach the desired temperature.

I love this sauna. Sauna made in USA! This Sauna has thick walls and thick benches made from real white fir. it is very beatiful inside and outside. I am very pleased with this almost heaven sauna!

I have always wanted a sauna and I finally pulled the trigger. My wife was a little skeptical but she loves it now. She has been in it every night since it was installed. The installation process took a whole weekend with two people. It was not the easiest project but I am super happy now that it is done and we are using the sauna.

I received my Almost Heaven Pinnacle 4 person sauna with 8KW KIP heater yesterday. The delivery company (PITT Ohio) was prompt, courteous, and professional. The Sauna was simple to unbox and straight forward to assemble. Living in Michigan, I was a little worried the sauna might not get warm enough. This 8KW heater is a rockstar. I have to turn it down to around 50-60% to maintain a temp of nearly 170…which is about as much as my wife and I can handle for 20-30 minutes. We love the smell of the cedar and the size is perfect. While the Sauna can fit 4…we are not sure we want to share.
My Sauna World provided great customer service during the ordering process, follow up of delivery status, and in answering questions during installation.

Our sauna arrived in perfect shape. In about an hour and 10 minutes my wife and I were able to put this together easily. We’ve used it twice and are absolutely in love with it. My wife says it’s her new addiction.
