Room design and setup is crucial in providing an ideal space for floating. You want the room to be welcoming and comfortable but also functional and easy to clean. We’ll cover some specifics needed for the Dreampod itself, as well as some best practices and recommendations. First off, we designed the Sport to break down into 3 different parts; the base, lid, and backpiece. This makes moving it into place much easier. The base is the largest piece and measures 2486 mm/8 ft. long, 705 mm/2 ft.2 in. tall, and 1488 mm/4 ft. 8 in. wide

In order to safely maneuver the base through hallways and around 90° corners you will need a minimum width of 1300 mm/ 4 ft. 1⁄2 The base will also fit through any standard doorway.

The minimum room size we recommend is 3500 mm/ 11 1⁄2 ft. x 3000 mm/ 10 ft. and a ceiling height of at least 2200 mm/ 7 ft. This will allow enough space for the pod and engine box as well as enough clearance for the lid of the pod to open completely. We also recommend having a shower for clients in the room. This will be used before and after each float. Lastly, a small seating/changing area as well. There will need to be a minimum of 800 mm / 2 ft. clearance behind the pod. This will allow enough space for all the connections between the pod and engine box to be made.

The engine box will sit directly next to the pod and houses all the important components for filtration and operation of the pod.

Amazing sauna that I highly recommend

We ordered the 4 person barrel sauna and love it! We wanted a little extra space for the 2 of us/guests and it’s great. We could definitely fit 4 people in it if we needed. We use it every single day. It took about 10 weeks to get here because they build it specifically for the order. Putting the barrel together was fairly easy with 2 people. The electrical and the heater definitely required an electrician to install as we could have not done it alone.
We ordered the biggest heater (harvia spirit 8kw) and it heats up the sauna in about 15 mins inside our 40-50° garage. Overall this style of sauna is hotter and you sweat a lot faster than in an infrared sauna. I truly 10/10 recommend!

Easy Assembly/great performance

Took me about 6 hours over 2 evenings to assemble almost all by myself. Had a pro run a new circuit from my panel. Very well made and assembly was straightforward. Heater is well sized and reaches operating temperature in under 30 minutes.

Salt panel is spicy nice

The salt panel was a great addition to our Madison Sauna. It has excellent grain which is accented by the amazing color lights that glow through the panel. Also when you hit the rocks with a splash of water you can feel the heat bounce off the panel. Great addition if you are considering this option.

The sauna comes in a crate. You'll need to assemble it but it is a very quick assembly.
