This is the fist sauna we have purchased. Have been reviewing product for over a year. The Sauna World team were great to work with. Unit came crated and packaged perfectly. Shipping company contacted us in advance, drive offloaded and placed in our garage. That's when the fun started, literally it was fun. My wife and I uncrated each item, checked for damage found none. Found the instructions and review each step. Instructions were very clear. The full unit is like 7 individual pieces. As we were installing upstairs (17 steps) we carried each section up one at a time and assembled as we went. I did deviate on one section. The front of the unit that include the glass door is very heavy and in order to make certain we did not damage the glass I did remove the door at the hinges and carried it up by itself. Each piece fit perfectly. We had the unit unpackaged and installed in less than 2 hours. The plug and play design was great. I have waited a month to do a review as we wanted to use the sauna for a while. It has been perfect. The light therapy works great, sound system is good quality. We use this 4 to 5 times a week. We typically set temp at 125 and it will fluctuate between 123 and 129 which is perfect for us. This has been a great addition to our exercise room. We opted for the 3 person just for the additional space and there is plenty of room. When assembled it look like a piece of furniture.

Used on small heating element in single seater sauna, no odor or residue left on heating element. Small areas of rust wiped right off!

Four sessions into the sauna and it’s all good. Assembly was no trouble and we completed it in 5-ish hours. No issues. We have it set up in the garage and it gets hot fast! Also, we are in Florida so I’m sure that helps but in about 40 minutes it’s at 180° from 80° starting temperature. My goal is 20 minutes at 180-185° but so far I’m only up to 15 minutes. After you pour a ladleful of water over the rocks, the steam swirls around the sauna and really cranks the heat more. You won’t be disappointed if you’re in search of heat!

Tried everything to circulate the hot air down. I saw this product and decided “why not”. Definitely works. Believe it or not, the sauna heats up faster and maintains the heat. Very happy with the heat shield

We ordered the 4 person barrel sauna and love it! We wanted a little extra space for the 2 of us/guests and it’s great. We could definitely fit 4 people in it if we needed. We use it every single day. It took about 10 weeks to get here because they build it specifically for the order. Putting the barrel together was fairly easy with 2 people. The electrical and the heater definitely required an electrician to install as we could have not done it alone.
We ordered the biggest heater (harvia spirit 8kw) and it heats up the sauna in about 15 mins inside our 40-50° garage. Overall this style of sauna is hotter and you sweat a lot faster than in an infrared sauna. I truly 10/10 recommend!

The costumer service I received from My Sauna World was fantastic. We had a issue with a part of the sauna which was resolved quickly! My sauna was delivered in the expected time window and the sauna assembly instructions and process were fairly simple. We had a few accessories that we were unsure what to do with (some additional instruction would have been appreciated for those). There were contradictory instructions for the heater thermometer which left us guessing a bit as well. We opted to only install the upper bench to allow for some additional standing room and light yoga. Overall I highly recommend My Sauna World. We are loving our sauna!

I have wanted to get a sauna for years. The communication about the delivery was very clear. The packaging was simple to disassemble. The set up of the sauna was pretty intuitive. We have used the sauna every day since its completion. It really is incredibly awesome.

We ordered this model and fit perfectly in our space. It arrived ahead of schedule. The kit was easy to put together, just give yourself some time. We have used it 3-4 times a week since we got it. We've had it up to 180 degrees, we can probably get it a bit hotter, but it's been just right for us. Get the lighting upgrade, it's great having the different calming light colors. I built my own cedar floor with boards from Menards for $90. Our electrician was able to wire it for us for $650. We love it.

Took me about 6 hours over 2 evenings to assemble almost all by myself. Had a pro run a new circuit from my panel. Very well made and assembly was straightforward. Heater is well sized and reaches operating temperature in under 30 minutes.

I bought this with the sauna and I’m so happy I did. The water stays cool and the bucket stays cool too. I like how the ladle holds enough water to pour over the rocks to provide the perfect amount of steam and heat.

Absolutely AMAZING! I’ve had a Sauna forever. This is my 3rd heater over the years. Although the way this one is built compared to others probably my last. Worth every penny! When HUUM claims the heat is a softer heat? Absolutely TRUE. It take a little longer (just a little) to heat up because of the amount of stones but when up to temp it stays there a lot longer because of the amount of stone’s. So a great trade off. Can’t say enough about this. Love it!!

I had been using a gym sauna for about five years now. It has been great but not very ideal. My wife and I decided to get an Almost Heaven Rainelle for our home. The shipping was solid. Everything was packed very well on one long pallet. The delivery driver wheeled it right into our garage. I built it by myself in a day including the electrical. The YouTube assembly video was awesome. The sauna is amazing. We got the 8kw heater and it heats up very quickly. The size is perfect for two people. You could fit more, but two is perfect and very roomy. We got it for just my wife and I. If you wanted to use it as a four person I would go larger. The folks at My Sauna World were great about answering all my questions quickly. They even worked with the supplier to ensure we received it before a big trip out of the country. If you are thinking about it, just pull the trigger. We have used it almost every night since we got it. Its really an investment in your health and future.

This little gem was easy to build and is quick to heat up. Everything was delivered as promised without damage. We tried it for the first time yesterday and it worked perfectly for a two person sauna. The windows do fog up, however. This might be avoided if the vista window was double pane.
