Came in 3 boxes and delivered by freight. I called the freight company and they were very easy to work with. They called when they got to town and they brought the boxes into the garage (it was below zero outside). The boxes were heavy but I opened and left them acclimate to inside. Took 2 of us to put it together and took about 2 hours. It is very pretty and exactly what I wanted. We have had it for about 2 weeks and use almost daily.

The sauna works great as described. The Bluetooth speakers are a good touch. The assembly was very simple and only took an hour with two people.
