Warranty Policies by Brand

Dundalk LeisureCraft Inc. warrants our saunas against defects in materials and workmanship under normal/residential use for a period of five (5) years, as applicable, from the date of receipt of the product by the original end-user consumer. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear and/or natural weather conditions. This warranty does not cover regular required maintenance of the sauna, (eg. Tightening bands on the barrels, cleaning or staining the sauna) refer to your sauna assembly manual for maintenance guidelines. This warranty does not cover misuse or negligence and the manufacturer and associated retailers are not liable for any injury or damage caused by the product. This warranty is a parts only warranty and any service or labor costs would not be considered as part of the 5 year warranty.

*Limited Lifetime Warranty: Golden Designs, Inc. warranties the sauna room against defects in materialand workmanship for the life of the product from the original date of purchase. The sauna is for indoor useor outdoor use depending on the model. When placed outdoors, a water proof cover or the saunashingle roof may be installed to cover the sauna room for protection. Any damage due to directexposure to outdoor weather elements such as rain, snow, sun, wind or extreme temperatures will notbe covered by this warranty if your sauna was not designed to be directly in the weather elements. Anydamages as a result of modifications made to the sauna or its components will void this warranty.

Extent of Warranty: This limited warranty applies to products manufactured or distributed by GoldenDesigns, Inc. under the Golden Designs Inc. brand name, delivered in the contiguous United States orCanada and extends to the original purchaser at the original site of installation only. This warrantybecomes valid at time of purchase and terminates either by specified time frame, owner transfer, orrelocation. The warranty extends to the sauna room and excludes the heater as it is covered by its ownmanufacturer warranty. Your sales receipt showing the date of purchase of the product is your proof ofpurchase.

Manufacturer Warranty

All Golden Designs, Inc. products are manufactured with the highest quality and are warranted to be freefrom defects in material and workmanship at the time of delivery. The warranty is extended through themanufacturer for the product including, but not limited to: sauna room, sauna control panel, and theconnected wire harnesses. All exchanged parts and products replaced under this warranty will become theproperty of Golden Designs, Inc. Golden Designs, Inc. reserves the right to change for any part not coveredunder the existing warranty. Any parts determined to be defective must be returned to Golden Designs,Inc. at its discretion to obtain warranty service. You must prepay any shipping charges, export taxes,custom duties and taxes, or any other charges associated with the transportation of the parts. In addition,you are responsible for insuring any parts shipped or returned. You must present Golden Designs, Inc. withproof of purchase documents (including the date of purchase). Any evidence of alteration, erasing orforgery of proof of purchase documents will be cause to VOID this limited warranty. Products on which theserial number has been defaced or removed is not eligible for warranty service. The product warrantycovers parts, but does not cover labor.

Warranty Limitations

This warranty does not apply if the unit has been subject to full commercial use, negligence, alteration,modification, misuse, abuse, repairs by non-Golden Designs, Inc. authorized personnel, inappropriateinstallations, or any case beyond the control of Golden Designs, Inc. invalidating this warranty including butare not limited to:

• Improper use of lacquer or paints

• Sauna and other Golden Designs, Inc. products accessories placed on non-approved surfaces

• Outdoor applications not protected safely from outdoor weather elements, including the glass door

• Normal wear and tear or weathering

• Use of product not in accordance with instructions

• Improper use of the sauna

• Moisture or water seepage

Surface cracks are not considered defects in material or workmanship, as they are normal characteristicsof all woods. This includes minor cracks due to wood expansion and contraction. Since the wood used inconstruction may have been kiln dried, a certain amount of expansion and contraction occurs in thewood in a sauna environment. Please note that water seepage will not hurt the wood and is a normaltendency of outdoor application. The water will usually dry quickly due to the heated environment. Ifyou want to keep the sauna completely dry, you will need to install the barrel sauna under a coveredstructure.

Disclaimers

Golden Designs, Inc. shall not be liable for loss of use of sauna or other Golden Designs, Inc. products orother secondary or incidental or consequential costs, expense or damages - which may include the removalof permanent structures or other custom fixtures or the necessity for crane removal - arising directly orindirectly out of the use or inability to use the product. Any implied warranty shall have duration equal ofthe applicable warranty stated above. Under no circumstances shall Golden Designs, Inc. or any of itsrepresentatives be held liable for injury to any person or damage to any property, however arising.Specifications are subject to change without notice or obligation.

Legal Remedies

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights, which may vary from stateto state.

*Limited Lifetime Warranty of Sauna Products is 5 years on wood structure (when properly maintained),control panel, and applicable control panel harnesses and lights from the date of purchase. Stove/heater iscovered under its manufacturer’s applicable warranty.

Warranty Information

SunRay Saunas carry a 7/1 Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. For warranty claims, please complete and detach the warranty registration card below and send it along with a valid sales receipt to the warranty claims department address below. You can also contact our warranty claim department at info@mysaunaworld.com.

The 7-Year SunRay Warranty covers the structure of the sauna which includes the wooden sauna cabin and all glass parts.  All parts including electronic parts and heaters have a 1-Year Warranty. 

Warranty claims will only be resolved with the repair of the current product through a parts replacement or shipment of a replacement product. If the warranty claims department determines that the sauna must be returned, it must be returned with a receipt showing date of purchase, purchase price, and the dealer from which the sauna was purchased. No warranty claim will be honored without a receipt. Improper use or installation or damage resulting from acts of nature is not covered under the sauna warranty. No other warranties expressed or implied shall be in effect in lieu of the 7-Year

Warranty and no responsibility is assumed for present or future damage due to misuse. SunRay indoor saunas are intended for INDOOR USE. Use of SunRay Saunas indoor models outside will void the warranty.

Do not use lacquers, paints or abrasive cleaners on the sauna. Do not place the sauna on non-approved surfaces or in outdoor applications. Surface cracks are not considered defects in material or workmanship, as they are considered normal characteristics of all wood."

WARRANTY CERTIFICATE

All steam showers carry a 7-year structural warranty and 1-year parts warranty. The structural warranty covers the structure of the steam shower from peeling, fading, delaminating or cracking. All parts including electronic parts are guaranteed for 1-year against defects.
