I have wanted to get a sauna for years. The communication about the delivery was very clear. The packaging was simple to disassemble. The set up of the sauna was pretty intuitive. We have used the sauna every day since its completion. It really is incredibly awesome.
I had been using a gym sauna for about five years now. It has been great but not very ideal. My wife and I decided to get an Almost Heaven Rainelle for our home. The shipping was solid. Everything was packed very well on one long pallet. The delivery driver wheeled it right into our garage. I built it by myself in a day including the electrical. The YouTube assembly video was awesome. The sauna is amazing. We got the 8kw heater and it heats up very quickly. The size is perfect for two people. You could fit more, but two is perfect and very roomy. We got it for just my wife and I. If you wanted to use it as a four person I would go larger. The folks at My Sauna World were great about answering all my questions quickly. They even worked with the supplier to ensure we received it before a big trip out of the country. If you are thinking about it, just pull the trigger. We have used it almost every night since we got it. Its really an investment in your health and future.
Love the heater and convenience of the WiFi digital control. It gets plenty hot for my 4-person AH Rainelle sauna. Ability to start the heater away from the sauna and monitor the temperature on my phone is a great way to make sure the sauna is ready when I am.

Purchased a 2 person Almost Heaven barrel sauna and were delighted with the product. The order process was quick and easy, the sauna arrived on-time, installation was simple, following the provided instructions, and the sauna is extremely high quality. We’ve used it daily for over 2 weeks and quite frankly I don’t know how we lived without it. If I had it to do over again I wouldn’t change a thing... except maybe purchasing a 4 person model to easier share with friends!

The sauna comes in a crate. You'll need to assemble it but it is a very quick assembly.
INDOOR & INFRARED SAUNA
Our indoor saunas are suitable existing flooring includes concrete, ceramic, vinyl, laminate, tile or solid floors. Carpeting is not recommended.

Yes, of course! While some gyms and health clubs may suggest that this is not recommended, it is the main purpose of having rocks in a traditional sauna.

It is highly recommended to make the sauna watertight.
Bevel siding and shingles are both great and will make your pod sauna watertight. It is just a matter of aesthetic preference.
