Everything was packed very well on one long pallet. The delivery driver wheeled it right into our garage. I built it by myself in a day including the electrical. The YouTube assembly video was awesome. The sauna is amazing. We got the 8kw heater and it heats up very quickly. The size is perfect for two people. You could fit more, but two is perfect and very roomy. We got it for just my wife and I. If you wanted to use it as a four person I would go larger. The folks at My Sauna World were great about answering all my questions quickly. They even worked with the supplier to ensure we received it before a big trip out of the country. If you are thinking about it, just pull the trigger. We have used it almost every night since we got it. Its really an investment in your health and future.
Love the heater and convenience of the WiFi digital control. It gets plenty hot for my 4-person AH Rainelle sauna. Ability to start the heater away from the sauna and monitor the temperature on my phone is a great way to make sure the sauna is ready when I am.
